Guests can enjoy a full range of beverages available for individual purchase at our cash bar. From mixed drinks, to wine and nonalcoholic favorites, there's something for everyone. It's a great option for events where guests prefer to choose and purchase their own drinks.

Do you have a liquor license & liability insurance?
Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured liquor catering service. This information can be provided to clients upon request.
Are your bartenders trained & certified?
Yes, all of our bartenders complete an extensive training process. Unlike other companies, we NEVER utilize temporary workers. This guarantees our staff is fully prepared for any situation and always professional.
How early do you arrive to set-up?
We arrive a minimum of one hour before bar or event opening time.
What do the bartenders wear to my event?
Our bartenders hold a standard of professionalism in their uniform that suites any situation. The attire includes a black button-up shirt, black dress pants, and black shoes.
What about gratuity?
Gratuity is not included in our pricing, but can be handled in several different ways. Standard tip jars are used at each event; these jars do not have to be displayed with a tip provided prior to the event. Gratuity is not expected by any means, but can be sent into the office or given to our employees after the event, with the expectation of excellent service given.
How many beers are in a keg?
Keg Specifications for US 1/2 barrrel (15.5 gallon standard keg):
165 ( 12 oz.) servings, which equals 6.8 cases
124 (16 oz.) servings
What areas do you travel to?
We service all of Minnesota, with a travel fee being applied to areas outside Minnesota.
We are a completely mobile service and provide all the equipment necessary for a complete bar experience.
Is there a bar minimum?
No, we do not have a bar minimum.
What if my venue doesn't have a designated bar space?
No bar, no problem! Our catering service has many options for a portable bar set-up. You can rent anything from our flagship Hitch & Sip trailers to our standard portable bar set-ups.
Can you distribute my personal alcohol?
Due to current liquor laws and liability insurance requirements, we are NOT able to serve personal alcohol. All alcohol served in the state of Minnesota must be properly purchased through a licensed distributor. We play by the rules, so you don't have to worry on your special day.
What if I want a special signature cocktail for my event?
We are open to any and all suggestions to make this one-of-a-kind event. Batch cocktails are a great option, and our professionals will provide unique ideas that fit your event theme.
Do you offer corporate company bartending services?
Yes! We pair professional bartending with catering services and also offer it as an independent service. This includes a portable bar setup if needed. By offering simple and reliable options, we take the stress out of any event.
What size events do you offer bartending services for?
We serve small and large size events that can range from 30 to over 40,000 people.
What are the dimensions of your portable bars?
The bars are 65" long x 10" wide x 48" tall collapsed. The top is 70" long x 18" wide x 2" tall.
Is outside alcohol permitted?
No, we do not allow any consumption of outside alcohol once our bartenders are on the premises. If guests are found with any outside alcohol, they will be asked to discard it.
