Chef Will Gibson is the Chef de Cuisine of A’BriTin Catering and Head Chef of
Apples 2 Apples Catering. He has been with the company for five+ years and enjoys creating new and interesting dishes for couples and event planners that want a more organic, direct connection to the land their food comes from.
